The world of internet is a no boundary world. The information can be exchanged to anywhere across the globe. Traditionally, the jurisdiction means a physical boundary or a territory. The seamless boundaries of the internet pose a challenge in regard to jurisdiction. The cyber criminals who commit cyber- crimes cannot be prosecuted unless there is a proper jurisdiction.

New York Courts now closed for the civil union divorce
If gay or lesbian legally married or validly entered into a same sex civil union or domestic partnership in another state and other partner currently reside in New York State, then the New York Courts are now open to deal with dissolution of same sex relationship. With all the consideration and observation being accorded on the legalization of same-sex marriage in New York State, there is another line being formed there as well, the line of those couples which are in need to get divorced. It’s not reasonably as romantic, but from legal and economic aspects the approach to a divorce court is possibly even more worthwhile for the conflict in couples, but to the larger number of gay and lesbian community as well. Access to impartial and balenced divorce proceedings are important, but being set free of marital limitation when the relationship is over is significant.
Another objection towards Aamir khan Delhi Belly
The high court of Allahabad, Lucknow bench has taken steps against Aamir khan latest production Delhi Belly. Earlier high court of Madhya Pradesh has also put objection towards this movie. The petition has filed seeking the ban on the movie for the use of extremely vulgar and objectionable language.
MORE SEATS IN PANCHAYAT FOR SC/ST WOMEN
A cabinet meeting on Thursday presided over by PM Manmohan Singh made and cleared a change in a constitution amendment bill to enhance the representation of SC/ST women in village panchayats. The change makes the reservation of such bodies from 33% to 50%.

Supreme Court of Canada says Metis settlements is constitutional
Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin of the Supreme Court of Canada says an Alberta law which abolishes Metis Settlement membership for people who also hold Indian status does not violate the Charter of Rights. A group of Alberta Metis who registered as status Indians to gain health benefits, the court ruled against them in a 9-0 decision. She said that the law creates a supportive programme for the Metis.
