Today Supreme Court noticed on High Court Judge’s Bias’s. Justices Sharma and R.N. Chandrakar declared that “None of us has pre- judged the matter against any party nor any of us is biased in the case from any angle. Suryakant Tiwari one of the accused in Jaggi murder case was convicted by the trial court, applied in the High Court but on obtaining the information from RTI about Justice Sharma’s involvement in the case before becoming judge, so he gave an application for the disqualification of the judge in this present matter but the application was dismissed by the bench.
