The US Secretary of State Ms Hillary Rodham Clinton will b in India today to attend the second round of Indo-US strategic dialogue scheduled to be on Tuesday. The occasion will highlight a detailed round of talks on some key issues like bilateral, regional and international issues which will include situation in Afghanistan, Pakistan and security cooperation in the backdrop of the recent bomb blasts in Mumbai.
