Herman cain accused of harassment for the fourth time

Herman-cain-accusedA fourth allegation of Sexual Harassment have been brought up on Mr. Herman Cain recently  by Sharon Bialek, a former employee of a restaurant lobby group  for which Mr. Cain once was the president. She reportedly told a news conference in New York on Monday that he made an unwanted advance upon her in Washington in 1997 when she approached him for a job.

Ms. Sharon describes her first meeting with Cain as warm and attentive during a meal at National Restaurant’s association annual convention. However when later she was sacked from her present job as a manager at the association’s education foundation, she approached Cain to seek a job.

Reportedly, Mr. Cain agreed to meet her in Washington DC in mid-July 1997.

After they both met and had dinner, Ms. Bialek asked Mr. Cain if he could help find her work at the state-level of the association, and suddenly the alleged groping incident occurred, as claimed by Sharon. Instead of going into the offices he suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg, under my skirt toward my genitals, she told the reporters He also pushed my head toward his crotch.

She soon asked Mr. Cain what he was doing, to which he allegedly replied: You want a job, don’t you?  The Cain campaign, however, usually denied all these charges stating that: “All allegations of harassment against Mr. Cain are false.

Ms. Bialek is currently represented by her lawyer Gloria Allred, who have earlier representated one of Tiger Wood’s alleged mistresses.

However, J D Gordon, Cain’s spokesperson called Ms Allred a major donor to Democrats, and claimed all the accusations being false against Mr. Cain .He also called Ms Allred a “major donor” to Democrats. To which Ms. Allred replied that if all the allegations by other women are true, then I, for one, am disgusted at Mr. Cain’s serial sexual harassment of women. However, though Federal election commission reports show that Ms Allred gave $1,000 (£624) to Hillary Rodham Clinton and $2,300 to Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign.

One of the accusers of Cain, however, reportedly won a  financial settlement of $45,000 (£28,000) payout which was issued through a statement on Friday by her lawyer claiming that Mr. Cain had made a series of inappropriate behaviors and unwanted advances who himself acknowledged that settlement. The accuser though wished to remain anonymous.

Mr. Cain is a leading contender for the Republican nomination for the presidential election to be held in 2012.
