Principal Responsibilities Call Center Team Leader

  • Supervise a Team by assigning responsibilities, delegating work, scheduling, and coaching, developing, motivating, and training employees.
  • Actively pursue a team environment focused on the achievement of performance goals and high quality standards as set by the Client.
  • Ensure the Team meets or exceeds performance goals and requirements.
  • Ensure assigned staff properly and accurately documents the status of accounts.
  • Provide effective feedback to staff and indicate specific performance areas of improvement.
  • Maintain individual and department productivity reports publishing daily, weekly, monthly, and year to date statistics.
  • Ensure employee compliance with all Acer Capital Recovery llc fraud prevention processes, Client expectations and requirements, and Federal guidelines and procedures.
  • Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Acer Capital Recovery llc policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance and all aspects of company policy up to and including termination.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Call Center Team Leaders

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • 2 years of related/supervisory experience required.  4 years of related/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of call center technologies to effectively supervise team.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others.
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.

Principal Responsibilities of Call Center Executives

Communicate with debtors by telephone a to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received Counsel delinquent account debtors to assist in finding funds to meet debt obligations
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that regulate the collection industry.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with ACR policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
