There is complaint filed by Apple with the U.S. International Trade Commission, to promote to obtain and to cease the imports of tablets and smartphones and also ceases to import of Apples’s mobile electronic devices. One good legal action deserves another. Apple claims that Samsung galaxy copied the technologies of iphone and ipads. Samsung claimed that Apple violated five patents also related to smart phones and tablets. Moreover the last week, Samsung filed a patent infringement suit against Apple in the London High Court.

In the three countries the Samsung countered by filing patent infringement suit against Apple, alleging that Apple had infringed its technology and patents rather than the design and look of the device.

The litigation between these two big companies bring their future in jeopardy as its better known to the world that the Samsung was the main supplier of Apple in concerns of the key components like LCD panels and flash memory.

Before having the stage of any loss to the both the companies, they are in move to settle down all the disputes between them. Right now they are just employing some trickery to see who ends up the bigger piece of pie.
