The criminals are making use of exploits in these websites by various tools. The loopholes in the security are the main attraction to the attackers. The concept of socialization over the internet is the latest trend in the world.

Millions of users are using these sites; a lot of information is exchanged every second. Despite the strong privacy and security settings, the cyber criminals are using various techniques for extraction of information of various users.

The personal information like emails, address and other details are stored in these sites. The attackers steal the information and launch different attacks on the users.  The protection and privacy to the data is not secure.

However, the impact of the attacks by following the security guidelines laid down in the cyber laws of different countries. The data privacy laws also can redress the privacy issues.
