Cabinet approves legal questions in Bhutto case
The list of legal questions which will be included in the judicial murder of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto reference case has been approved by the Federal Cabinet.
During the last hearing, the Supreme Court had asked the reference to include specific legal questions.
After the Cabinet meeting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, the Information Minister, spoke to the media and stated that, five legal questions will be included in the reference and also he hopes that a historic wrong would be undone when such questions are presented in the court.
On Thursday, 16th of June 2011, Babar Awan will present these legal questions to the Supreme Court.
