The High Court of Delhi under the petition of Supreme Court Advocate Anis Suhrawardy and three others said that according to SCBA memorandum of association of rules Electronic voting machines was not permitted. And under this argument the Delhi High court claimed that the use of electronic voting machines in the Supreme Court bar association was unconstitutional and the election results were invalid. The court will hear more on this on June 6th.
