Casey Anthony Trial – Defence says no proof

Casey Anthony TrialOn Sunday, arguments from both the sides, prosecution and the defence of Casey Anthony trial at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Florida is near an end leaving the way for what is expected to be the first day of deliberations by the Jury.

Casey Anthony, 25, is accused of murdering her two-year old daughter Caylee. If convicted she could face the sentence of death penalty.

According to the prosecutor Jeff Ashton argument that as we all know being the parent loves to play more than our child and being a parent is about sacrifice and having a child becomes our life. So finally he pleaded that there is a clash between the responsibilities and the life.

According to defence Attorney Jose Baez that he raised doubts about Anthony’s father George Anthony, as he said before the Court that “He wanted to distance himself from the situation. He knew she was dead.”Further he added that there could be more information is collected if state authorities would have tracked his movements closer. Consequently the Prosecution has not answered how Caylee died and what exactly happened to her.

Defence Attorney said “those questions were never answered and that evidence was never presented.”Both sides raised compelling issues, which could take the Jury several days to wade through.
