The new Patent law has been introduced in United State under which there are some changes are made in this law. In the first change the USPTO has become a first to file system rather than first to invent system. This change attached the first inventor to file system of prosecuting patents. In the second change there is an extended period after the grant of the patent for public objection. The third change is a removal of interference proceedings, which make be defined as the appeal process. This new law will impact the way patents are filed, prosecuted, and litigated in the future. And according to local experts, it will take many years to determine the full impact of the law.
