Ethiopia has been alarmed with the increase in the cyber-crime attacks in the country. The need for felt to introduce a regulation or law that could counter cyber crimes and protect the financial institutions in Ethiopia. The cyber law has emerged as a law which counters the cyber related issues and protect the cyberspace of the country.
