Jammu Kashmir Cabinet approves formation of Special Court of CBI cases
Jammu & Kashmir will now have the Special Courts for the cases relating to Central Bureau of Investigation in the state. Under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Amar Abdullah, state cabinet officially gave the press release of creating the special Court for CBI matters. Special Court will be handling the trial and disposal matters concerning to CBI investigation. The cabinet also corresponded the approval to administer the construction of 4 Lane Bridge over the Tawi River at the estimated cost of Rs. 7 crore.
SPECIAL COURT FOR TRIAL FOR CBI CASES- JAMMU AND KASHMIR
The Jammu and Kashmir state cabinet under the chairmanship of chief minister OMAR ABDULLAH met at Srinagar approved the creation of a special court for cases being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation.

SC OVERRULES KERALA HC ON PSC EXAMS DISCLOSURE
On Thursday the SC over-ruled the judgment of the Kerala High Court which directed the Kerala Public Service Commission to disclose the information regarding the answer scripts of the recruitment examinations, marks obtained (including that in the interviews) and the identity of the examiner under the RTI Act.
NCPRI SUPPORTS BRINGING PM UNDER LOKPAL BILL
The National Campaign for People’s Right to Information (NCPRI) has proposed bringing the Prime Minister under the Lokpal with the safeguard that the executive head can only be investigated on the recommendation of the full benches of the Lokpal and the Supreme Court.
