After being granted a special permission from a Pakistan court, Dalbir Kaur, sister of convict Sarbajit Singh, will be meeting him at Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Rai Jail on Thursday. He has been convicted for the 1990 serial bomb blasts in Lahore and Karachi.

Dalbir Kaur informed the reporters of her anxiety to meet her bother. Back at home, Sarbajit’s family members including his wife and two daughters were excited over the scheduled reunion, even it was only for a short span of one hour.

Dalbir expressed her gratitude to the court which allowed her to meet her brother not once but twice. The first meeting was scheduled on Thursday at 11 as said by Dalbir who is presently in Pakistan fighting for her brother’s release.
