INDIAN NGO HELPS VICTIMS OF CYBER CRIME

Centre for Cyber Victim CounsellingThe sharp rise in cyber crimes has affected various individuals, companies, small and big business houses, corporate, students, social welfare organizations, industries, educational institutions making them victims to cyber-attacks.  Most of them are not aware of what attack was executed against them , what action can be taken against the attackers.

An Indian NGO named Centre for Cyber Victim Counseling has taken initiative to voluntarily render help to the victims of cyber crimes. The NGO provides assistance to the victims by counseling them, helping them to come out of trauma, guide them as to what action can be taken against offender’s, explaining the legal scenario, providing  all necessary  support.

The NGO provides free assistance, but charges very little for the corporate and educational institutions. The victims are educated and made aware of cyber law which fights cyber crimes in India. Various seminars, teaching programs, awareness programs are conducted to spread cyber law and attack the cyber crimes.

The organization also provides policies and guidelines for a cyber-safety. The organization works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week online, seeking to tackle cyber crime.
