labourAs the demand of salary raises in INDIA the advantage of cheap labour is losing its value.

The U.K .and U.S. outsourcing now departing to their own place as they find it cheaper to work there as if in INDIA. The recent movie by an UK based telecom outsource from Mumbai to UK is another example in past 2 years.

The telecom company started the call centre in Mumbai three years back and provide broadband and telecom services, shift its base to UK as they find more margin of profit there as if here. There figure says shifting back will create around 25 jobs and will raise up to 100 in couple of years.

According to the report of global human resources the salaries in India rise by 12.9 percent in 2011. On the other hand the renting space in India is as costly as in nations like Germany, UK, and US.

It the list of draining of companies the Telecom services have a higher rate. Two years back, a British Telecom shifted 2000 call centers job from India back to UK.

It was time when this company found India as a proper source of advantage in their profit as the employers were cheap and the company’s outsourced jobs thousand miles away to INDIA.

Inflation and high attribution rates are the major source of rise in salaries as said by the major owner of leading companies. They are even finding it harder to maintain their profit margins. If this continues the country in coming years may face a high unemployment rate.
