Cyberspace or the virtual space which forms a major part of the cyber world is facing many complex legal issues like Jurisdictional Issues etc. With the no boundary limit, Cyberspace is facing threats of various cyber-attacks. To tackle the cyber-attacks, the need was felt for the formation of active International Partnership Organisations which provides an international response.

The ICSPA also known as “INTERNATIONAL CYBER SECURITY PROTECTION ALLIANCE” has been started to have vigilance over the cyber criminals across the globe. This is a non-profit organisation with the fundamental objective to counter the cyber-attacks by generating an immediate response. It provides the technical and legal assistance world wide to meet the latest challenges of cyber attacks
