The hearing on plea of the accused who dealt with the fake passport, Hasan Ali Khan, was deferred till 1^st of July 2011.

Hassan Ali Khan is lodged in New Arthur Road jail in Mumbai and his bail petition was listed for hearing in the court of District and Sessions judge, V.N. Mishra.

The detailed evidences and documents related to the matter were submitted by Patna Police who acts on the direction of the court. July 1^st, 2011 was fixed by the court for the hearing of the case.

In the year of 1997, a passport was issued from Patna Regional Passport office in the name of Hasan Ali, as per the charges. And the inquiry conducted in 2010 brought into light the truth that Hasan Ali Khan had furnished fake information in his application for the passport. Later on, with the Kotwali police station, an FIR was filed in 2010.

Against Hasan Ali Khan a production warrant was issued by a court in Patna, and the jail superintendent of New Arthur Road jail was directed to produce Ali before it, following a request from Patna police.

A bail petition before the court was later filed by the accused.
