HACKERS EXECUTE THE ITALIAN JOB ON CYBERCOPS

cybercopsThe hackers have announced that they have hacked into the website of Italy’s cyber cops. The hackers have published information on the blog which includes some of the most important and secret information of the cyber cops on illegal and moral practices. The information and data published so far by the hackers is estimated to be 8 GB.

The CNAIPIC (National Centre against Cyber Crime and for the Protection of Critical Infrastructure) stated that they are trying to understand the scale of what happened. They are also trying to check if any documents were taken. CNAIPIC was set up in 2008 to crack down on cyber crime.

The lawmakers believe that cyber attack on the cops is of an unprecedented gravity. They would also propose new laws to crack down on hackers in order to improve the fundamental aspect of the country’s security. The hackers have also stated that they will disclose the abuses committed in Europe by CNAIPIC and would widen their struggle. The group first became known for its attack on Sony and Nintendo video games before attacking the CIA and the FBI. It also hacked into websites belonging to Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp.
