German Bakery Case

German_Bakery_CaseOn Tuesday nine witnesses in the German Bakery case was Cross examined by the Defence lawyer A Rahman. A Rahman cross examined the owner of the bakery, some of its employees and a few auto rickshaw drivers who was present outside the bakery on the day of the blast.

Watchmen of the bakery said in front of the judge that when the blast was happened he was on the third floor and when he came down after hearing the noise he saw some policeman had arrived following by the fire brigade, who sprayed the water to dough the fire in the sitting area of the bakery. Contradicting this statement an auto driver and a salesman who was working on the adjacent shop said that there was no fire at all, so there is no point of dough.  Corroborating this statement auto driver said that there was no fire just a smoke everywhere.

Even the owner of the bakery and manager said that they had not seen any water in the bakery. When court asked bakery owner Kharose that when she got the information about the blast so she said she got the information at around 7:15 by the manager Ram Gopal Karki.
