Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh’s house was attacked by unknown mob shouting against congress Government and making slogans favoring Yoga Guru Ramdev.  Digvijay Singh’s residence was pelted with stones by some unidentified crowd as the outcome of Digvijay’s remarks against Ramdev whom he had termed as ‘thug’ on Sunday morning after Delhi police crackdown in the yoga guru’s fast unto death at Ramlila Ground in New Delhi.

When the incident took place on late Sunday, no one was present from his family in the residence except for some guards. Some people pelted stone to his residence and were shouting the slogans of yoga guru, it continued for some while, later they left place as reported by the police officials. After the incident a patrolling party has been asked to keep a watch on the house.

Added to this Madhya Pradesh J.P.Dhanopia claims the people who pelted stones were the members affiliated to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh(RSS), Bharatiya Janatha Party(BJP) and allied groups.
