K G Balakrishnan

The Supreme Court of India, granted permission to CBI to go ahead in probing the allegations of corruption against former Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan.

The Supreme Court has informed that all complaints received against the NHRC chief have been forwarded to the CBI which will investigate the allegations. Eight complaints have been received against Justice Balakrishnan. The information has been passed by the Court to the RTI activist Subhash Chandra Agarwal.
