AP High Court orders inquiry into Chandrababu Naidu’s assets

Yesterday CBI and Enforcement Directorate was asked was The Andhra Pradesh High Court to conduct an investigation into the assets of the Former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu
This order was given on a petition filed on October 17 by YSR Congress honorary President and Pulivendula MLA Y.S. Vijaya by a bench comprising justices Ghulam Mohammed and Nooti Ramamohan Rao.
This petition was filed by Vijaya; widow of late Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy against Naidu on various courts. She said that many people have conspired with Chandrababu Naidu and they are destroying the whole system by causing pecuniary advantages to themselves and draining the state’s exchequer. She said that the several offences are made out against them as Cheating, Criminal Breach of trust, Corruption, Money laundering, etc.
The Court directed CBI, ED and SEBI to complete the investigation and submit the individual reports within three months.
