CBI Counsel disentangle from Sohrabuddin encounter Case

In the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, CBI’s special counsel senior advocate K T S Tulsi, extrSoharabuddin Sheikhicated from the case after the Supreme Court on Tuesday cited difference in opinion of interest.

The clear-cut and distinct acknowledgment to the council’s earlier coming into court for Gujarat government, a bench of Justices Aftab Alam and R M Lodha told the senior advocate, You are a prominent and notable counsel and a member of the Law Commission of India. It is unfit for you to appear for the CBI.

Senior Advocate Tulsi promptly rescued from the case and drew the bench’s perceptiveness. He said that the accused through their lawyers first targeted the judge who was earlier aiming towards the bench for ordering CBI investigation. Now, when the case is at a vital and decisive stage, they have initiated a worthless and vindictive political movement against everyone who is helping the court and appearing for CBI.

He said further that he rescued promptly because he did not want to aim and concentrate to transformation from the accountability of those who may have perpetrated the crime. The CBI will now have to look for Tulsi’s replacement before August 17, the further hearing case.
