ISLAMABAD: The list of legal questions which will be included in the judicial murder of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto reference case has been approved b the Federal cabinet. It has been reported by the Information Minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan while speaking to media after the cabinet meeting that, five legal questions will be included in the reference, which includes whether the court had the right to sentence the former Prime Minister to death and if he was victimised by the court.

The Supreme Court had asked the reference to include specific legal questions and these legal questions will be presented to the Supreme Court by Babar Awan.
