The High court who had earlier allowed the use of i-pad to Balwa an accused on 2 G spectrum has now refused to allow it in Tihar jail. Justice S Muralidhar on going through all the record of the jail officials said the iPad cannot be made available to Balwa as the report states that all the software installed in it may not be disabled and the accused can take advantage of it.
