2 G scam : Asif Balwa Can Use iPad in Tihar Jail : Delhi High Court
Delhi High Court has allowed Asif Balwa, an accused in the 2G Scam to use an iPad inside the Tihar Jail. The council of the state government strictly opposed against this judgment but Justice S Muralidhar struck down the request pleaded by the counsel and ordered that the iPad should be examined properly by the IT Department before handing out to the accused and furnish a report by Friday.
